Cancellation Policy
Appointment within the 24 Hrs time frame must Call and speak DIRECTLY to us during our designated business hours. No voice messages, emails,or personal text after business hours.
Please arrive on time. There will be a 10 minute grace period granted to you. After this time has been exceeded you appointment will be cancelled or we may not be able to carry out the full service.
Appointment not with 24 hours, you are welcome to change online on your own or over the phone.
For some reason they do not make the appointment or do not cancel, it is not refundable.
The final cost will be made in the salon since the price is based on the extra cost to the requirements of each client.
Payment by Zelle or Cash does not charge a feee.
